Woodland Hills EMS (WHEMS) is an independent 501(c)(3) organization based in Forest Hills, PA. Utilizing two Advanced Life Support (ALS) equipped paramedic units, they provide emergency medical service to the communities of Braddock Hills, Chalfant, Churchill, Forest Hills, Wilkins Township. WHEMS was created when Forest Hills/Chalfant Rescue 8 and WIlkins/Churchill Rescue 1 merged in 2001.
